UNDERWRITER'S LABORATORIES

For many years, LECO has been approved to re-label explosion-proof motors and certify us back to manufacturer safety standards. Recently, our panel shop received authorization to build and certify our enclosed electrical panels to UL-508A compliance. Should your project need panels with third-party safety certification, please know that Lubbock Electric Co. can fill the bill.

GINNERS

LECO is your partner in productivity. In addition to hard-to-find special-purpose gin motors and hydraulic pumps, Lubbock Electric Co. has a complete supply of re-manufactured three phase motors on the shelf. LECO has the largest stock of Carlisle V-belts and QD sheaves in West Texas and parts or service is available 24-7. The company has been designing hydraulic power systems since 1965. MUNICIPAL WATER PROJECTS

LECO has a growing portfolio of municipal water projects, incorporating complete Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems. Turnkey solutions include installing remote terminals, providing radio communications from the wells to the towers, and redesigning the graphical operator interface in the central control room. We’ll even service existing systems to ensure compatibility with new improvements. All controls are designed and fabricated in house, and LECO will certify compliance with Underwriter’s Laboratories if required.

AIR COMPRESSORS

Industrial, agricultural, and oilfield customers can’t operate without compressed air. LECO has in-stock compressor solutions, as well as air system accessories and dryers. They stock the Quincy brand compressors through 25hp, and sell and service through 500hp. Bring in generators old or new, big or small and LECO will gladly service or repair them.

GO GREEN

Electric motors on irrigation wells are quieter and more efficient than gas or diesel engines and with the high price of fossil fuels, electricity is much less expensive. LECO offers vertical motors and reduced voltage pump panels, which saves money as well as the environment.

REBUILDING

Of course, at LECO we offer complete rebuilding of three phase, single phase, or D.C. motors. Services include rewinding, balancing, machining, Babbitt bearing repair, and U.L. re-labeling. Redesign to change horsepower, speed, or voltage is available in-house.
