EAGL.SYS Call-In Screen


Since EAGL.SYS® tracks your customer’s cotton from the time it is harvested until it is transferred to your cotton marketer, there is a dedicated screen that streamlines the “Call In” procedure. Simply type a few letters of the account name or scroll the complete customer list. Select the customer, enter the scale ticket number (if you preassign them), and EAGL.SYS® displays the next available module number. Enter the number of modules being called in and click on the ‘Accept’ button. Also, EAGL.SYS® displays the estimated ginning time based on the last 20 loads ginned and by the number of loads not ginned times the number of minutes you tell EAGL.SYS® the number of minutes it takes you to gin a load.
